These terms apply to bookings made via website, phone, or the quote process, covering delivery, installation, removalist and related services.
Quotes are based on information provided at enquiry. Final pricing may be confirmed once the job is fully assessed.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice can be changed free of charge.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking, a cancellation fee may apply to cover labour, scheduling and travel costs.
If our team arrives and is unable to complete the service due to no access, no one being present, or the item not being ready, the full booking fee may be charged.
If an unexpected emergency arises, please get in touch. We'll always do our best to work with you where possible.
Courier Run is fully insured through Youi, one of Australia's well-known insurers. All jobs are covered by this insurance, whether carried out directly by Courier Run or by a trusted subcontractor engaged for that job. Specific coverage terms and the claims process are available on request.
Courier Run is not currently a registered NDIS provider.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
